Life is hard! And your path shouldn't be traveled alone. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA), I am committed to meeting you where you are, walking alongside you, and holding hope for you until you can hold it for yourself.
My approach to therapy is person-centered, incorporating activities from CBT, DBT, art, and play therapy.
You are the expert on you. I'm here to listen and understand your story. I will ask questions, reflect, challenge, and provide insight that fosters healing and discovery.

Services
I am an out-of-network provider, meaning all payments are made out-of-pocket. I can provide you with a superbill for insurance reimbursement, if desired.
Adult counseling | 50 minutes | $170
If you are carrying grief that does not have a clear shape, navigating a season of transition, or parenting a teen who feels misunderstood, you do not have to arrive with clarity. We can begin where you are.

Youth counseling | 50 minutes | $170
Anxiety often shows up as overwhelm or shutdown in teens who may feel misunderstood or resistant to being “figured out.” I have a particular affection for the kids who are a little guarded or creatively wired.

Faith-based counseling | 50 minutes | $170
I often walk alongside Christians who want their values honored without being assumed or prescribed. People who are seeking integration rather than answers.

Couples & family counseling | 50 minutes | $200
Occasionally, it may be helpful for you or your child to bring another family member to counseling to work through challenges together.
A limited number of reduced-fee spots are available. Please inquire for availability.

About me.

This is my second act. I worked in engineering for many years before life led me into doing pet visits in hospice with my dog and leading grief groups for women navigating reproductive loss. I found a new joy and purpose sitting at the tender edges of life. It taught me that presence can matter more than precision, and ultimately brought me into doing therapy work.

When I'm not working, I love tending my flower garden, camping with friends & family, swimming in lakes, and training for dog sports with my Standard Poodle, Styx.
